From the desk of Fahad Hossain, Chairman of Advance Landmark Limited.

When we laid the foundation of our first building in 2009, we made a quiet promise to ourselves — that we would never sell a home we would not live in.

Sixteen years and forty-two projects later, that promise is still the only standard we measure ourselves against. Buying a home in Bangladesh should not require anxiety about paperwork, quality or delivery dates. Our job is to remove that anxiety entirely.

To every family who has trusted us with their life's savings: thank you. You are the reason this company exists, and the reason we refuse to cut a single corner.
