RAJUK has approved the building plan for Phase 3 at Savar DOHS. Construction is expected to begin next quarter.
Dhaka — Advance Landmark Limited has received approval from RAJUK for the building plan covering Phase 3 of its Savar DOHS development.
The approved plan provides for two residential towers of ten floors each, comprising apartments between 1,200 and 1,800 square feet, with dedicated parking, standby power for common services, and rainwater drainage designed to the current building code.
Construction is expected to begin in the next quarter. Bookings will open once the unit schedule and payment plans are published.
Phases 1 and 2 of the development are complete and handed over.
