Owners, their families and our site team gathered in the Tower A lobby for the handover of all 24 apartments.
The Tower A handover took place in the building's own lobby, with owners, their families and the site team who built it in the same room.
Each owner received their keys along with the registered deed, the warranty schedule, the signed snag list for their flat, and the service charge details for the year ahead. The site engineer walked each family through their own apartment — meter positions, stopcocks, the distribution board — rather than handing over a folder and leaving.
Several of the families bought at pre-launch, three years before there was a building to look at. Handing keys to somebody who committed on a drawing is the part of this work that stays with you.
Owners can raise anything they find through the customer portal, and it goes on record against the flat.
