Piling has started on our Ashulia Road site, a joint venture with the landowning family, following soil testing and RAJUK clearance.
Piling rigs are on the Ashulia Road site and the first piles went in this week. The plot is a joint venture with the family that owns the land, who will take an agreed share of the finished apartments alongside the signing money already paid.
Before any machine arrived, the site went through soil testing at multiple bore points, a boundary survey against the খতিয়ান, a title search covering the last three transfers, and RAJUK clearance. The mutation (নামজারি) was completed in the landowners' names before the agreement was signed.
Bookings open once the approved layout is final. Until then there is nothing to reserve, and we would rather say so than take money against a drawing that may change.
