All 24 apartments in Tower A were handed to their owners in August, two months before the date on the sales agreement.
Tower A at Savar DOHS is complete, and every one of its 24 apartments is now with its owner. The last set of keys changed hands in the second week of August — two months ahead of the handover date written into the sales agreements.
The building was approved by RAJUK and carries eight floors of three-bedroom apartments between 1,350 and 1,650 square feet, with two lifts, a standby generator sized for lifts, water pumps and common lighting, and reserved parking for every unit.
Owners received the registered deed, the occupancy documents, a warranty schedule covering structure, plumbing and electrical work, and a snag list signed off before possession. Anything found in the first year is logged against the flat and tracked to closure by our after-sales team rather than handled informally.
Work on Tower B continues on the adjacent plot. Owners waiting on Phase 3 can expect a written progress note each month.
